WOOD FEATURE: Walnut

Many species of walnut wood exist throughout the world, but the most common species originate in North America. Walnut's rich colour and easy to work with characteristics make it one of the most valued wood types. Walnut has a medium texture and it's extremely durable overall, but especially to decay. Walnut wood is commonly used for furniture, flooring, countertops, and other small projects.
