To our Customers,
In this current and ever-chanigng climate of the COVID-19 outbreak, we understand that now is the time for action. At Tense, we take the health and safety of our staff and customers as our utmost priority. Being a small business based just outside of Vancouver, BC for almost 50 years, we believe in supporting our customers, staff and community in any way we can, especially at this time of hardship.
OUR PEOPLE We have increased sanitation measures in our watch-making, customer service and shipping facility, with approved cleaning products to keep our environment and our people safe.All non-essential staff are asked to stay home and follow the social distancing mantra set forth by the CDC, WHO and our federal government. Other support staff are on flexible schedules to maintain general operations.
OUR OPERATIONS The Tense office will be temporarily closed for any customer visits until further notice. For general inquiry, purchase or repair, please contact us at 604 474 0422 or email us at service@tensewatch.com . Our website remains open and we are accepting and shipping orders. We will continue to ship all orders quickly and reliably for the foreseeable future. Should anything change we will notify all Customers with pending orders ASAP.
OUR COMMITMENT Being a local business during this time is both a daunting task and a blessing. We have much more control over our supply chain, and can keep up-to-date with the ever-changing advice and policies. We also feel the impact of COVID -19 deeply, as its economic consequences on local and small businesses are greater and potentially pose longer term effects. We will continue to strive to do our best for our customers, staff and community.
As we continue into the unknown, let’s work to preserve and protect each other, even from a distance. We look forward to being on the other side of this global pandemic, where we will come out stronger than before.
